Prom

Well I'm currently trying to deal with my 2 best friends leaving for college. One whom was my "date" for Prom ( chick on the left of drawing,above) has already left to San Fran to attend SFSU last week and the other (whom is not drawing,above) is leaving in early September to Portland,Oregon, to attend Portland State. Meanwhile I'm staying in south cali to follow my dream of becoming an actress. It is going to be very difficult for me to not feel moments of sadness when I am off having the time of my life and then realizing that I am not sharing the moment with my best friends. Oh wells life happens. I'll come back to posting on here regularly in a month or 2, as i try to adjust to my new life as a college student/"adult".

Last night I hung out with my best friend amanda :) we did our nails and went to jamba juice and just talked,basically a typical girls night :) I bought a jamba swirl cup yay finally :) I've been wanting one for a long time :)

Well every Wednesday mornings THE X has tutorials, which are basically two hours before school starts where teachers are available to help students with whatever they need help with. There's 1st tutorial and 2nd tutorial, I used to never go to either tutorial and actually sleep in and show up 5 min before school starts. However,this year I have started attending both tutorials,the first to do hw and the second to attend book club.

I'm in book club,im actually an officer, vice president to be exact ;). So last week the club as a whole decided our next book to read would be THE FAULT IN OUR STARS by John Green,popular young adult author of popular books such as LOOKING FOR ALASKA. anyways we finally got enough copies for all FOUR member(omg I know we're huge and a very popular club on campus (; ). So today I received the book,but unfortunately I also finished reading the book today. I love to read so I tend to not "enjoy" books,due to me reading them so quickly.

THE FAULT IN OUR STARS is honestly one of the best books I have ever read. It is so beautifully and well written. Its such a beautiful love story about two teens with cancer and how they grow to fall in love. It is ah-mazing and wonderful and everything in between. I highly recommend it and I hope more and more people end up reading it :)

Well I must now finish doing my homework :p
